I thoroughly enjoyed the room with balcony. The location was beautiful in a downstairs lounge area, close enough to the beach, and local transport.

Had the comfort king room which was air conditioned with balcony. The location was particularly good, very close to Terme di Sirmione.

The hotel is absolutely charming and fairly clean, nestled in a lovely building with beautiful view of the lake. This property is in an incredible location, next to the whole lake to swim in, restaurants and the centre. There's La Stuzzicheria offering takeout not very far from the venue.

Had comfortable stay for a short visit. I was upgraded to individually decorated and big comfort queen room with a balcony. The breakfast was very good and perfect, the check in was quick. The location was good and stunning, for example, Grottoes of Catullus was relatively near the hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Located in a quiet area at the top of Sirmione peninsula, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms, including those with balconies, are well-equipped with basic amenities and offer beautiful views of the surroundings.

The hotel was quirky and fairly clean with stunning views of the lake. The location for Sirmione was nice, close to the whole lake to swim in, still easy to walk to the main centre, and the historic center.

This hotel has great location in the historic part of the city, close to everything. The staff were helpful and always smiling. The room was spacious and clean and had all the facilities I needed. The breakfast had reasonable choice and was delicious.

The location was decent, being not far from the centre of the old town. Although not directly by the lake, the private jetty was a nice feature. The bathroom was functional and the room was adequately clean. The breakfast was decent with a good selection of items. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service, especially with the owner or manager being present most of the time. The pool was a nice addition to the facilities.

The walls of the rooms were so thin that noise from the hallway was noticeable.
